I've written books since the 1963 SHIRLEY DOLLS AND RELATED DELIGHTS and ALASKETTES. The first modern Shirley Temple club was started and titled "Fans, Collectors, Friends." I'm about sharing and enjoying.Now I'm working to bring back this sharing newsletter for more FANS, COLLECTORS, FRIENDS including special old photos and information plus an MS auction to benefit Shirley's charity, again run by JoAnn Janzen. This quarterly was started in 1966 and shares primary research on a great many topics from movies, toys, books, special characters and of course all the items related to that topic. A full list is available because with no ads or puff all the information remains valuable and useful.

My archives has folders of clippings on celebrities, old movie magazines from the United States, Sweden and Great Britain, assorted old magazines back to the 1880's and newspapers back to l905 to supply a clipping service or entire publication. Special lists of old magazines both movie and general, as well as old newspapers are available from Loraine.

I've ALWAYS loved paper dolls and it has been a delight to share both buying and selling with listings frequently updated and available by mail but also sharing reprints of comic strip paper dolls, classic treasures in color reprints, and fun reprints of special Swedish magazine paper dolls and American antiques. Special lists of paper dolls for sale are available from Loraine. The latest is of comic strip paper dolls, available for a long stamped 41 cent envelope and your address.

How to order

I ship by parcel post, carefully wrapped, and you can send your order to me by mail or email. Foreign orders are welcome but need to check with me for air mail printed matter cost. While you may pay for items by Paypal please add 7% to cover its charge to me. Money orders are cheap and fast and if your personal check is on Bank of America it instantly clears for me. I've been a legal dealer in Wash. state since 1958 and if you are instate please add 8.8% sales tax. Advise me by email if you want a special item held in the old newspapers and magazines of which there would only be one copy. This is not necessary on any of my own publications.
